Cancellation

At Shutter Sutra Studio, we value our clients’ time and strive to provide the best photography services. To ensure smooth operations, we have outlined our cancellation and reschedule policies below:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Sample Shoot Approval

Clients may cancel the project before approving the sample shoot. In such cases, 100% of the upfront payment will be refunded (if applicable) within 5–7 working days via the same payment method.


Sample Shoot Review & Reshoot Options

Once the sample shoot is completed, the client will have the opportunity to review and either approve or reject it.


  • If the client is not satisfied with the sample shoot, we offer the following options:
  • One-time reshoot of the product at no additional cost, OR
  • Full contract cancellation with a 100% refund of the upfront payment (if the actual shoot has not yet started).


Cancellation After Sample Shoot Approval

Once the client approves the sample shoot, the project will proceed to the final shoot stage.


  • No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after this point under any circumstances.


Reschedule Policy

Clients can request to reschedule the shoot only in case of a medical emergency with valid proof.


Any rescheduling request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.


Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the new date will be mutually decided.
