Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Before Sample Shoot Approval: Clients may cancel the project before approving the sample shoot. In such cases, 100% of the upfront payment will be refunded (if applicable) within 5–7 working days via the same payment method.
- After Sample Shoot Approval: Once the client approves the sample shoot, the project will proceed to the final shoot stage. No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after this point under any circumstances.
