Payment Terms
- Pricing: ₹590.00 per product. (Example)
- Example: For 10 products, the total fee is ₹5,900.00. (Example)
- Advance: 50% payment is required to initiate the project.
- Balance Payment: Must be completed before the final delivery of the images.
- Accepted Payment Modes: Bank Transfer, UPI, or any mutually agreed method.
Service & Delivery Terms
- Service Provided: Professional product photography and videography services with both creative and white background. (As per your quotation)
- Photos/Videos per Product: XX photos (XX creative + XX white background + XX videos).
- Turnaround Time: Final images will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of sample approval.
- File Format: High-quality JPEG files, each less than or equal to 2MB, suitable for web and e-commerce use only.
- Delivery Method: Cloud transfer link.
Editing & Revisions
- Included: Basic editing such as lighting correction, color balance, and minor touch-ups.
- Not Included: Extensive retouching, background replacement, or post-delivery revisions. (Unless you opted for it)
- Note: No changes will be accepted after final delivery.
Usage Rights
- Client Rights: Non-exclusive, non-transferable rights for web and digital use only upon full payment.
- Photographer Rights: Shutter Sutra Studio retains the right to use the images for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.
Product Handling
- Client Responsibility: Product shipping, pickup, and logistics are to be managed by the client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellation: Not permitted once the sample is approved.
- Rescheduling: Allowed only in case of genuine medical emergencies

Archival Policy
- File Storage: Delivered images will be stored for 30 days. Please ensure you download and securely store your files within this period.
Legal Terms
- Contract Agreement: By accepting this quotation, you agree to the above terms and conditions.
- Force Majeure: Shutter Sutra Studio is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, technical failures).
